Today, exceptionally, I recommend you special restaurant which is not in Busan but in Daegu. The restaurant' name is GanBaJi, meaning Galmaegisal. It is located near the Daegu Stadium. Behind of the stadium, there is a gy. Then, the restaurant is on your right. And the restaurant sells Kimchi nabe, and briquet bulgogi. Compared to price, the amount is a little bit small. But it tastes really good! : ) Actually, the Ganbaji has many branch stores, but I really recommend you go here. Because this restaurant is run by Ms. Son who is Samsung Lion's catcher Jin Gap-yong's wife. So, the restaurant's atmosphere is related to the baseball. For example, there is Beijing Olympics uniform on the leftside of the entrance. You can also see the big baseball, and gold glove. Futhermore, when the baseball season, the restaurant is very crowded with baseball players. So, if you get lucky, you might have a chance to eat with popular players who were seen only TV or baseball stadium. If the player's team won the game, you can get a chance to get a autograph or take a photograph with them. :)

Vietnamese Restaurant : Photai

Nowadays, products and services that promote personal well-being are all the rage in our society, and healthier choices of food products are gaining great popularity among the health-conscious. I think Vietnamese foods are appropriate for well-being. So, in this week, I recommend you a good Vietnamese Restaurant in Seomyeon. The restaurant's name is Photai. It is located in the SSang Yong Platinum building (2nd floor). It is across from the Bujeon Library. When you visit there, you can see serving sfaff wearing traditional Vitnamese clothes. And, the staff gives you a traditional Vitnamese tea. The restaurant sells rice noodle, Wolnam Ssam, and stir-fried rice noodle. Among them, I recommend you eat Wolnam Ssam(25,000 won per 2~3 person) and stir-fried rice noodle (9,000 won). The Wolnam ssam tastes light and fresh and the stir-fried rice noodle tastes sweet and sour.

Family Restaurant : Ashley

There are many good and delicious family restaurants in Seomyeon. Among them, I recommend you a restaurant which named "Ashley." The restaurant is located in Zio-place building, on the first basement level. There are Seomyeon CGV, Homeplus in the same building, so you can find the restaurant easily. The menu is rather extensive here: steak, pasta, rib, and so on. The Ashley is similiar to Vips, and Florian. That is, the restaurant offers salad bar. Compared to Vips and Florian, the salad bar price is cheap (9900 won for lunch, and 12900 for dinner). The Salad bar's menu is various, almost 50 dishes: mushroom soup, sausage, chicken, bibimbap, fruits, and so on. And those taste good. Futhermore, If you have a membership card, when you go there on special day, you can get a cheese cake for free.

Sushi Restaurant :Se-Jung

If you want to eat raw fish, but you don't have enough money to visit sushi restaurant, then, why don't you visit Se-Jung in Nam-Po Dong? It is located in front of the Dae Young Hotel. Get off a bus (126) at Bu-Pyeong Market stop. The restuarant is located within 5 to 10 m radius, so you can find easily. Se-Jung is very famous for Han-Chi Mo-Mil, and it is cheap. Small size(2~3 person) costs twenty thousands won, and big size costs twenty thousands won. When you order that food, the owner stirs the food with red chili-pepper paste with vinegar and gives miso soup with corbicula. The iced Han-Chi mixed with Mo-Mil, vegetables, and sour sauce tastes fantastic, and it goes very well with soju. However, the sanitary conditions are poor than those I mentioned before, and the side dish is meager : Hard boiled quail eggs, grapes, and sea tangle. ※ I recommend you to go there early (around five o'clock). Because the restaurant is small, when you go there over 6 o'clock, you might have to stand in line.

Delicious Bossam in Haeundae

Nowadays, Pusan International Film Festival (PIFF) is held in Haeundae and Nampodong, and I think it is good to recommend good restaurant in Haeundae. It is Bossam restaurant which name is Sintobuli. I love Bossam, and when I have an appointment wiht my friend, I always go there. ^^ Very Very Delicious Restaurant!! I t is located next to the Save Zone. (Save zone is located the last stop of 200 bus.) The save zone is easy to find, so I am sure you will find the restaurant easily. When you order a Jar Bossam, you can eat Suyuk, Kimchi and so on.The cook comes from Chulla Province, the food's taste is good. Futhermore, side dish is fantastic : not only delicious but also various. You can eat Gamjatang as a side dish. One thing that I want to mention is don't go to this restaurant in busy times, like 12:00~14:00 or 18:00~20:00. Because it is very croweded, the service may not be good.

Indian Restaurant : Bom Bi A

I will recommend you an Indian restaurant that has a romantic or fantastic atmosphere in Seomyeon. The restaurant's name is a Bom Bi A. It is located Seomyeon academy street. Go to the Daehan CGV, then you can see the Mc Donald. Next to the Mc Donald, you can find an academy. Keep going the street, you can find a Seven Eleven (convenience store). The restaurant is in the first basement of that CVS building. Seeing these picture, the restaurant has very good atmosphere : colorful water fountatins and so on. And, various Indian foods, and wine are on the menu. Among them, I recommend you eat course food. It costs fifteen thousands won per one person. When you order that food, you can eat various parts of beef, and chicken. You can also eat a little bit spicy curry, traditional Indian bread and soda. Furthermore, if you eat the course in less than 1 hour, you can refill the food. The refill of the food knows no bounds.

Farmer's Brunch

If you have a chance to visit Nampodong or Youngdoosan Park, why don't you go to the 'Farmer's Kitchen'? The restaurant is a brunch cafe. It sells a pasta, risotto and steak. And the price is a little bit cheap.(about ten thousands won per one dish) However, the location is a little hard to find. If you go to the Rear gate of Yongdoosan Park(parking zone), there is a church. In front of the church, there is an allyway. Go along the way, you can find a Farmers Market. The restaurant is located behind of the market. Seeing these picture, this restaurant is quite antique and exotic. Although the steak is also good, I recommend you eat a carbonara and stir fried rice. The rice is a little bit spicy, but when you eat that with carbonara, it tastes good. Furthermore, when you order a food, the owner gives you a salad for a service. The dressing sauce is really yummy.:) I love this restaurant :)

Edible Bossam Restaurant in Onchunjang

The restaurant is named "Geumjeongsan", and it is very close to Busan University, it is behind the Nong-shim hotel. Like Ojukhun where I mentioned former post, Geumjeongsan is also neat and calm (not crowded). It is good to go there with a family rather than a friend. The restaurant sells edible Bossam, Sashimi and Soba noodles. Among them, I recommend you to eat Sashimi-Bossam.(Because I ate only that menu.) That menu is the most expensive food in that restaurant, but that tastes really good. You can taste delicious sashimi and Suyuk at one time, and the food and side dish are large in quantity.

Good Restaurant in Seomyeon

When you go to Seo-myeon, I recommend you to go to Ojookhun. Ojookhun is a korean restaurant, and it is located next to the Pagoda pip center building. It is remoted in Seomyeon (hard to find), so the restaurant is not crowded. Quiet. There are various Korean dishes ; Kimchi nabe, ohgyeopsal, ssambap, miso soup. Among them the restaurant boasts mud snail miso soup. You can eat not only miso soup but also mud snail ssam, and that tastes really good. And side dish is really various (7~8), especially pickled crabs. Futhermore, the owner is kind, so you can eat extra rice, fruit, and coffee without cost. So, once again, if you go to seomyeon, go to Ojookhun. I am sure you will not regret.

This blog is the first blog that I ever made, so I am a little bit nervous.
Before the specific posts, I will introduce myself in a brief.
I am a sophomore in Pusan university education department.
I am crazy about watching baseball games, and I also like eating delicious foods with my friends.
So, maybe most of the later posts that I will post are going to be based on those kinds of things.
In other words, I will post about baseball that I watched, and recommend good restaurants that I ever visited.
Anyway, I really want these activities are really helpful to improve my english skills.
